Loose Car Steering Problem- Can you help?

2004 Vauxhall/ Opel Corsa 1.8 SRI 30,000 miles I have problems with my car steering. Initially the steering was quite heavy, and was pulling to the left. The Vauxhall garage checked the wheel alignment, tyres, steering rack, ball joints etc, and found no issues. They then took it to for a 4 wheel alignment and found one of the track rod ends had seized. After this was replaced, and 4 wheel alignment was done, the steering has become very light. On the motorway it feels too light, and whenever I go over a bump, steering swerves all over the place. Also when breaking, steering pulls sharply to left. Apparently power steering is fine. This car has been in a small bump with another car that needed front bumper changing and chassis straightened. I don't know if this is related to the steering issues?? Any help would be appreciated as all the garages keep telling me nothing's wrong, when there CLEARLY IS something wrong!!

Agreed - there's clearly something wrong! This should go back to the alignment place for complete reinspection at once! Tow it if needed. An alignment should include inspection of the wearing parts, straighness of the chassis which would show as it wouldn't adjust to within proper specs, tire condition, pressure, matching size etc. After damage has occurred for any reason the sequence of events can involve different trades within the automotive trade. The mechanical parts repaired/replaced, coachwork to be straightened or replaced and the final alignment should then all be within specifications. Can't say exactly what from here. This could be something like a sudden low tire from a puncture or unseen flaw that happend instantly when you drove off of who knows? No matter - It needs rechecking all that was done, T
