NO ONE UNDERSTANDS Sign In

I have a 2008 Nissan Altima, with 7500 miles. For the last month or so my brakes have become very sensitive. As soon as I tap them or touch them very softly, they grab on real hard, as to making the car coming to a jerking stop or hard stop. This is on local and highway usasge. It almost makes you sick from the sudden stopping motion if sitting in traffic. If I want to come to a soft stop its almost like I have to ever so slightly apply the break, almost just rubbing my foot over it. As far as other noises, just a few squeeks here and there nothing major. Could I need new brakes after 7500 miles? I have heard rumors that sometimes the tire dressing from the car wash can do it, so I stopped going, hoping it would wash away from rain, but still doing it. I know I'm not crazy, and it was not like this when I got the car 6 months ago. Please advise, and I respectfully await your response.

I would have them put it on a diagnostic machine, sounds like an anti-lock brake problem, need the computer!
