The plastic on my radiator is melted on the top, does anyone know a way to fix this? Here is a video of where the melted plastic is and how bad the leak is https://streamable.com/9c5rh5 The radiator is brand new from autozone, I have absolutely no clue what caused it but I was driving and the car randomly started to overheat and I stopped the car and it was spewing coolant out of the crack. So with that being said any clue if it would be covered under autozones temporary warranty?

Those radiators don't melt. Yours is leaking at the seal between the tank and the core. There is no repair for this. It needs a new radiator. Your engine could have a blown head gasket from previous overheating. That would send superheated steam into the cooling system. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
