P0141- Circuit Malfunction

Hi,
My Mitsubishi eclipse 2001 has a Fault P0141 Circuit malfunction-(I think the ward Heater or Heated wasa also there somewhere but not sure..) Any leads on what that is?
The car just started shuting down on me while driving on a sporadic behaviour....

You might just be better off going to get it checked at a shop. See if they could hook it up to the computer to get some codes for it. At least this will give you some idea of what might be causing the Circuit malfunction.
