Rack and Pinion Leak Volvo S40

Mechanic says my '02 Volvo S40 has a leaking rack and pinion with a busted
bellow that needs to be replaced. I saw the leaks, but I don't know if
its oil or ps fluid. It drives fine. Replace for like $600?

If it's coming out of the Rack, it can't be anything but power steering fluid.
