Removing Hatchback Panel Sign In

I'm trying to remove the hatchback inside panel on a 2006 Outlander. Not feeling any bolts or screws. Just it just pop off with a screwdriver?

Re: Removing Hatchback Panel Sign In

Hi again. If there's a handle inside or light(s) they can hide screws behind them. If there are any covers those are usually hiding a screw.

No software by me on this vehicle but it PROBABLY has plastic zip clips that pull out and better with the door panel tool (cheap) than plain screwdriver. Some will possible break but available " aftermarket. It's stupid but that type doesn't like being reused sometimes and the "zip" barbs fail.

Again not sure exactly so AYOR,

Tom

Yep...pulled off the piece at the top of the window and found only 2 screws and the plastic zip disks. Actually one of the screws had come out and was jamming the lock so I couldn't open the hatchback. Everything popped right back in. Thanks for the help!!
