Hi,
I have a.....
1999
Rover
416i
1.6l injection
110,000ish miles
It has started jerking worryingly when accelerating, it started a month or so ago but has recently become quite noticable. On refelction it seemed to have began during a period of heavy rain.
I've tried..
replacing the fuel filter
replacing the distributor cap and rotor arm
the plugs and ht leads are around 5 months old and seem to be okay
Any ideas as to what to do next would be very welcome!

Get the codes scanned and post the findings here. Check your fuel pressure and post that as well.
