Screeching noise when turning right Sign In

Hello my name is Jonathan, a possible diagnose of what might be wrong with the car would be greatly appreciated.

Question: What is wrong with the car?
Can I fix it on my own? (Never worked on a car before)

History of car:
2006 Lexus Is250
2.5L V6 (AWD)
175,000km

Problem:
When I make a right turn there is this noise. Video is posted below. Between .15 - .20 seconds you will hear the noise. When I turn the steering wheel right; more than quarter way it starts making these noises.
When I make a left turn everything seems to be fine; recently I have noticed if I turn the steering wheel all the way left, the same noise appears. It is not as noticeable compared to a right turn. The noise is very faint.

Want to thank anyone for helping in advance.

Good video - the problem now is you've NEVER worked on a car before and I seriously think this is a brake noise and no place to get started learning on your own. I think either you are hearing ordinary wear of brake pads, rubbing of a dust shield or the beginning of a warning sensor to alert you brakes are worn to the limit. Those almost always go quiet if you just drag the brake lightly when that noise happens.

You asked of you could fix this on your own. If you are capable of just hoisting safely and taking a look at what is dust shield and what is the rotor go ahead and look. Just properly hoisting a car to be under it takes knowing how to place jacks and stands exactly where.

This is all high safety stuff for you and clearly mistakes then others if you go messing with brakes from a zero base and I do think it's a brake noise if you aren't going to have 100% proper help for approaching this send it out.

I could be wrong that it's brake related at all - a decent tech would find what that is and there's no harm in a check up on them anyway,
