1997 ford explorer. Rear seat belt does not release so i am unable to connect to seat clasp. Is this repairable?

the seatbelt retractors / tensioners are not serviceable and need to be replaced as a unit. sometimes loose change falls into them and jams things up. you might be able to unbolt it from the vehicle and use gravity and a magnet to see if anything comes out or frees up the unit __________________________________________________ 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee 2002 Ford Ranger 2004 Toyota Corolla 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1
