Spark Plug problem

I was showing the car to my friend at night time, so i turned on the car and popped the hood, and i noticed that there was an electric arc coming out of two of the spark plugs. My friend told me it wasnt normal for the spark plugs to do that.
anybody got a clue to whats wrong?

That's either cracked spark plugs or leaky plug wires. I would replace both.
