I have a 1996 Dodge Neon and the speedometer won't work. Is there a fuse or something thats works this, and if so, where would I find it. I looked at all the fuses and none of them say "Speedometer".

Is the check engine/service engine soon/picture of engine light on? If it is, have the trouble codes read. If the light is not on, get an inexpensive test light and test every fuse on the car. If the fuse blew, more gauges would be inoperative. It could be a bad sensor, bad witing, bad connection, bad instrument circuit board, bad gauge. As you asee, there is no simple explaination to your problem. If the check engine light is on, and the code is P0500, replace the vehicle speed sensor. Good luck.

thank you, I will check all that out. I think it was easier on the older cars, just replace the cable.
