I have a 93' GMC 1500 Sierra, 8 cyl. 305, 2 wheel drive pickup. Recently I replaced a corroded cable lug that connects to the starter, the positive wire from battery. I had the battery and the starter tested and both were fine. Engine will not start or even turn over. Is there a fuse I need to replace or reset somewhere? Fuseable link? Thanks, John

There is a battery junction block where all the fusible links are but if it was burnt out you would have lost the whole ignition switch and dash warning lights. After that check the neutral switch/ clutch switch. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
