Sudden loss of power

Chev impala, 2007, suddenly hesitated stepping on gas after start up. Smoking from under the hood. Then lost power steering. Is this a belt or pulley problem or something else?

It's probably belt smoking from a frozen pulley to something yet to find. Take belt off if still there and spin items to see which one or more aren't right AND in line also. No wobbling and no freeplay on any is normal. One that smoked belt (likely) wont turn and should spin free,
