Not too long ago I had my car towwed out of the the Mudd.
About three feet of lake in the non-paved driveway the car sunk deeper and deeper
untill the the rear was level to the rain collected on the driveway.
The tower did pull it out and it was pushed onto the side of the street. He did
not turn the car off and it wasn't shut off till it was well parked in front of our house.
The next morning it never would start again. Since that day
I replaced the Battery the Distributor and Alternator, Now the car is still not going,
no start-How much can go with mud? The Starter too? Who's fault the Tower, Land-
lord or mine?

Unless the tow truck driver or landlord had a gun at your head telling you to drive into a mud pit, this is your fault. You are responsible for where you drive your car.

Kev, insurance covers acts of god but not acts of dumb. If I see a mud pile, I might try to go through in my Bronco. If I get stuck, my issue. But at least I had a chance in it. If I'm driving the woman's Camry and try the pit, I am an idiot and deserve to pay for it. Either way I'm holding the steering wheel and its my choice which way the car goes.
Still interested in what this vehicle actually is.

It sounds like he was in a driveway when the water rose. I don't know if it was his own. Hell, he didn't even bother to tell us what kind of car it was.

I read it as the vehicle was parked in an area that flooded- that is definitely a INSURANCE claim under comprehensive.
