Toyota AXIO 2008 1.5L 43K Mileage Dear All I am using Toyota Axio car since 2012. It used to runs fine except i have noticed some problem for last few months. I keep my car well maintain and check every consumables status regularly. Before going to service center, i would like to have some idea what went wrong, Road Condition: Suburb area tropical weather all round the year. Problem 1: Sometimes during ignition, engines starts but slowly it stops within few second. But during 2nd ignition, it starts quite normally. I used to clan air filter every month. Didn't checked spark plug and fuel pump for few years at least. Battery is okay. Problem 2: While driving with AC ON, sometimes i feel car became heavy. During driving when i release accelerator and press it again, car seems jump for a moment. When AC is OFF position, this feeling came very little. I have suspension that air/ fuel system having some problem which i don't know. When i press accelerator to full range, car speeds up initially slowly but after 60/ 70 KM range, it speeds up quite normally. Also it should be mentioned that, engine sound increases a little for last few months. Fuel consumption seems unchanged, although i used to drive in heavy traffic road. Therefore its very difficult to decided whether fuel consumption is constant or not. Please advice me what to check during servicing and if there is any suggestion or remark. Regards Hoque

That vehicle is not sold here in the states, but if the check engine light is on, that might give some clues as to what is going on. Reviewing scan tool data while the acceleration problem is occurring may give the tech some direction in diagnosing your issue. Too many things to list that could cause your issues, but hopefully they can figure it out. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
