Trouble Idling Saab 9-5

Hi I own a 1999 Saab 9-5 and recently I have had trouble getting the car to stay running when it is idling positioned uphill. It also sometimes has trouble starting up. I have no Idea what kind of problem this is, does anyone have any advice?

If it only happens when facing up hill, I would look at the fuel level at the time and the fuel pump.
