Unable to start 1999 Chev Express Van

I have a 1999 Chev Express Van and I have replaced the electronic starter control, a new rotor, and a new distributor cap. The van will still not start, please can someone help. It turns over and there is spark[reply][email]

Check to see if your plug wires are in the wright fireing order. Did you turn the distributor? If both are ok then losen the distributor and turn it a lil bit1 way then the other, passing your set spot. Mark its location first. Try to start iteach time you move it, if no change put it back where it was.

Yankee stole it Dave. He gonna use it to post the answer. OH, Hi Jim. I did not see ya come in. As mentioned earlier, if you have spark, check to see if there is fuel pressure. When the key is turned on, the fuel pump should run for a couple of seconds. If you cant hear it by yourself, have someone else turn the key on as you have gas cap off and listening close to the tank. Being way2old is why I need help from younger minds
