WHATS WRONG WITH MY CAR????

I HAVE A 2006 CADILLAC STS AND AS OF THE PAST WEEK ITS BEEN MAKING A RATTLING SOUND, THE LIGHTS FLICKER ESPECIALLY WHEN IN PARK WHILE BEING WARMED UP. IT HAS A HARD TIME SHIFTING GEARS ALMOST LIKE STALLING I GUESS. AND IT SHUT OFF ON ME WHILE ON MY WAY TO WORK THIS MORNING. I AM TOTALLY CLUELESS WHEN IT COMES TO CARS BUT I NEED MY BABY. WHAT'S WRONG????

I suggest you have your mechanic check it out. Someone is going to need to be at the car to hear and pinpoint the noise's location. They will also probably need to run some diagnostic tests.
Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

MY MECHANIC IS UNAVAILABLE UNFORTUNATELY. AND IM AFRAID TO MOVE MY CAR

Then maybe it's time to find a different mechanic and have it towed there.

Its only because there was a death in his family. I just get iffy with people touching my car, I've had bad experiences. I was just hoping to get an idea of what it could be

You can't get an accurate diagnosis this way. Someone knowledgeable has to be there to listen to it.
