Water in rear passenger floorboard

Hello,
For the past couple years my car will accumulate some water in the rear passenger floorboard. It seems like it only does it when the AC is on. I have no idea what is causing it or how to stop it. Any help would be much appreciated.

Pull the front carpet back when the A/C is on and see if the water is originating there.
