98 jeep torque converter

1998 jeep grang cherokee code P 0743 torque converter solenoid electrical. Any help to fix would be appreciated.

Your going to have to do some electrical checks to find out what is going on with the TCC solenoid circuit. The PCM is expecting to see around 12 volts at the TCC control circuit when the TCC is commanded off and expects to see near 0 volts when the solenoid is commanded on.
You'll need a volt meter and bidrectional control with a scan tool to diagnose it properly.
