brakes on honda crv

i have a 1998 honda crv 2 wheel drive....the right front brake locks up after braking a few times....it backs off when i start moving again....i've replaced the caliper, rotor,rubber hose and master cylinder but to no avail....something is not letting the pads release i guess....please help i do not have abs

Have you replace all these things on both sides? It might be the left side that isn’t applying properly; giving the impression that the right is locking but in reality it’s doing all the stopping? Dan.
