bumping/vibration from STOP to Accelerate

bumping/vibration from STOP to Accelerate

Hi.
I hear/feel a bumping/vibration coming from below and in between the driver and passenger side. It only happens when after I come to a complete stop, and, while still in drive, i accelerate to get going again. It lasts only a few seconds, and disappears after I speed up a little more. The car drives fine, and the automatic transmission shifts relatively smooth. Any ideas what this could be?

It might help if you posted the year, make, model and engine size.
