cars acceleration goes limp after warm up

1999 Lexus ES300 6cyl 166000
After warmup the car runs a mile and then goes limp for a half min then runs another mile and does the same thing. It doesn't die just won't accelerate. Have changed two ingition coils and changed fuel filter. thanks
