i have a 2000 chevy impala with a 3.4 engine and this morning i noticed a kind of burning smell coming from the car and some smoking, when i got to work i noticed that it is leaking a creamy brown liquid. i have been refilling the coolant about every3-4 days because it leaks. a couple days ago my sister said she heard a "POP" and pulled over and checked under the hood and noticed that something had sprayed in there but couldnt find the source. we just got the transmission and catalytic converter fixed about a month ago and about to replace a fan. if theres anything else you would like to know just ask. Thank you in advance for your help.

You shouldn't drive it anymore until you figure out what is leaking and repair it. You need to pressure test the coolant system to figure out where your leak is. They are notorious for intake manifold gasket leaks. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
