Can a headlight lens be repaired when the seal allows moisture to get into it? Or is this a replacement only fix?

If its the inside, its almost not worth it to try and separate the lens cover. I had a lens that was actually worn outside, which I thought was inside. I used a little bit of car polish to buff it clear again.

I know that the lens can get quiet expensive so good luck, Anyone else have any thoughts on this?

If this is the type where you put a bulb in from the back I have had some luck blowing compressed air in the hole where the bulb goes in but it was temporary and I think a new lense assembly is probably the only long term fix, T
