hood will not open

Ha, I have a 1994 buick cent, the cable will not open the hood. not sure what to do?? I think the cable must of come off in side the hood compartmint?

If the cable had come off at the latch the pull handle inside would come out quite a bit. Either the housing has broken or the cable has slipped at the mounting point . Try having someone push down on the front of hood while you pull handle . If no go ,try to reach under behind grill and pull cable houseing from there.
