Year of vehicle 2004 Make of vehicle CHEVROLET Model of vehicle S10 Engine size (5.7) Mileage $116,000 When driving down road vehicle jerks, sometimes it is slight, ocassionaly a little rougher jerk. I have replaced the back end already (changed the fonts from red to black)

The 1st thing that you would need to find out is what part of the drivetrain is causing the jerking. If it's coming from the engine or tranny? Once that is determined then you could start troubleshooting the problem. Also don't automatically eliminate the rear end because it's new.
