onstar Sign In

I have been working on a 2009 pontiac G3 That was involved in a wreck. I now have the car fixed but the onstar keeps
dialing and the radio will not come on because of that. I took the fuse out for the onstar and that let the radio work but that is not a long term fix. any ideals?

Re: onstar Sign In

One of the switches for the airbag might've been trashed. If it isn't replaced or reset the car will think it has just been in a wreck and try to call onstar.

Re: onstar Sign In

Nick may be on the right track. The air bag controller called a SDM (sensing diagnostic module) is tripped and trying to call onstar.

The SDM can't be reset and has to be replaced after an air bag event.
