I have moved your question to the troubleshooting category. Let's start out with all the information that you should have included in your question like year, make, model and engine size and some history on what has been done. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Those are lean codes. I have never seen them cause a no start. On Fords those codes nearly always caused by a serious vacuum leak. A bad MAF can do it to but the vacuum leaks are more common.

Smoke testing is the best way but listening for the hissing noise is the easiest way. You can use a can of carb cleaner to spray a little in any suspect areas and listen for an engine change to indicate a leak.

If you have access to a scanner that gives you a data stream, it would be very helpful to see what the baro reading is and the short & long term fuel trims and idle & 2500. If you could get freeze frame data that would be huge. You want to see what the speed and engine load was when the codes set....
