I have a 1994 ford f150 4 wheel drive with manual lock in hubs. What would make a rhythmic clunking sound during and after turning.4.9 engine It also makes the same noise sometimes after i hit a bump. The noise seems to go away when braking.

Maybe check the basics... Make sure the out board pads are tight in the calipers and while the wheels are off lock in the hubs and rotate the wheel back & forth & look at the joints in the frt axles to see if there is excessive play.....

It's best to stick to one post per problem, less confusing that way.......I delete your other ones..........
