tapping noise

the car is porsche 87 944S 52,000 miles..on cold start up it makes this tapping noise http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aYJNgiAFFsg.... it dose it on a cold start up then when the car warms up a little i turn it off and start it again and the noise goes away...sometime the noise dose not come on untill few mins later...even when the motor cools down same day it will not make the noise again untill next day..

In that it goes away when warm - What oil are you using (viscosity and type) and does it have a good oil change history? T
