how do i line the marks on the timing to make sure it timed right it a mit mirage 1.8

Would this be a 1920 or 1955?

Did the belt break while it was running?

no i had to take my head off and fix a valve i went ahead and put a new water pump and timing belt but i cant figure out how to align the marks and make sure they are align
