A whole lot of people don't know this, but when a vehicle overheats a couple of times it burns the trans fluid up and it loses it ability to lubricate the internal parts and causing glazing of the clutches and other damage...check the fluid for a strong odor and the color, changing the fluid might help.....next to taking it to a transmission shop.
