truck spraying antifreeze

i have a 1997 ford 3/4 that has started to spray antifreeze around the fuel injection system . The truck has not over heated or any thing but i have no idea what it could be any help would be appreciated.

The only common thing that happens is that a hose may have a small hole in it and is spraying the coolant all over everything.
The best way to find this sort of leak is to pressure test the system after things have cooled off.
Not sure what else to say but it doesn’t sound serious at this time.
