What kind of car is it? Is it a single clink or is it more of a ratcheting sound when you turn the wheel and give it gas? Wheel alignment is more of a pulls to one side or you will notice the tires are wearing unevenly. Another telltale sign of an alignment problem is the steering wheel may be cocked to one side when you are driving straight. We will need more info to isolate the noise.

Wheel alignment short of squeeling tires if way off doesn't make noises. I think most of us could pay better attention to alignments. If it's been a while or many miles get that done and bring the noise up with the shop. Done deal, T
