You mean all the mechanisms that make both work? No matter really but the Regal is probably different - not sure.

Guess is the exact part(s) you need would also be on Olds 98s, Pontiac Bonneville and the other full size similar cars of the vintage.

If you have a "pull your own" salvage yard you'll see and if not any get you own parts in the yard they would know what matches or should! Bring broken parts with you if needed to save any wasted efforts and time,

Windsheild wipers don't have a transmission. They do have a motor though.

There is a thing called a wiper transmission . It's part of the linkage assy. Here's where you can git one.

Heh.., Who would have ever guessed it.
I just call them linkages.
A junkyard would be the best place for that.

You may have trouble finding older cars in a salvage yard .Most "clean house"and crush anything over 7-10 yrs old. Some U-pull it and yards that deal in vintage iron are the exception.

So true RT - they are worth a lot in the metals so here they are removing awesome body parts, alternators, starters, a few things and off they go. Ad right in front of me $500 for anything 2000 up and $300 if older! They want the metal and think there's a gov't credit to get old cars off the roads!

Really.., My local junkyard has lots of old cars.
And it's only $12 bucks for steering transmissions there (i know cause i keep there price list handy) Laugh

I guess E-bay would be his next best option.
