1996 Heater/AC Blower not working

Hello Everyone,
The problem I have is my 1996 Isuzu Rodeo blower just stopped working. I checked the fuses and they are good. I was using a guide book for it. In it it says to check the plug that comes from the blower for voltage. No voltage. It then goes on to say that I have a problem at the ignition feed switch. Is this correct or can somebody help me out. Thank you all very much.

There may be a relay involved. I don't have exact info on all vehicles but check on that, T
