Hello, my daughters car has some issues. She has a 2008 Chysler Sebring 2.7 liter. The heater wouldn't warm and it took a long time for the engine temp to start going up. It had an error of p0118 so i changed the temp sensor, flushed the coolant, replaced the thermastat. I'm still getting the same issues. The bleed valve i have looks to be bad. I have this part for my bleeder/water/coolant housing https://www.rockauto.com/info/162/04892116AC-0001__ra_p.jpg

What else should I test? When I rev the engine the rpm won't go above 3k even if I put the peddle all the way down. If it warms up a lot then it revs like normal. Heater will start after 30 minutes or so. I don't think fans are starting like they should and I don't think coolant is running through engine as it should. Any help is appreciated. thanks so much

Do you still have the P0118? Any other codes?

Is the bad CTS circuit causing the fans to run all the time?

Are both heater hoses getting hot to the touch?

Those Chryslers products have a chronic problem with the all of their actuators. If hoses are both hot, you can bet on a blender door actuator not functioning.
