A/c bypass for 2011 focus Sign In

Hey guys just trying to get some help here.

2011 Ford Focus Se (2.0L)

My a/c compressor clutch and pulley has gone bad and instead of installing a new one, I would rather just bypass it if possible. I have searched for bypass pulleys for the vehicle as well as a/c delete belts but no luck.

My question is does anyone know of another model vehicle that may have a bypass pulley that would also work for this vehicle, or does anyone have any information on installing an a/c delete belt and where I could find one.

I have done a lot of searching but I just can’t find anything. I’m thinking my only option may be to bite the bullet and pay the money for a new compressor or clutch/pulley kit

I believe there is basically only one company making the eliminator pulleys and then only for certain vehicles.

I think a compressor is your only solution and if you ever want this system to work again you are going to have to change more than the compressor. It sounds like that compressor lost the clutch due to high pressure meaning it probably sent debris through the system clogging up at least the condenser.

AdamS: Are you willing to give up on fixing A/C on this? Just get a used one with a good clutch/bearing. Some bearings on yours now can be done some too much trouble.
If your system failed don't expect just this to fix it like Hammer said.
No new compressor if you expect to fix it that may not work out later if you change your mind.

Decision time I say used it would just stay inoperable and a pulley not mess up whole belt system or a chance to fix it later,
