AC blowing hot air

My AC refuse to work when the day is hot. it works perfect at night and in the mornings. I've had it checked several times and the car made me look stupid every time. it always seem to work well in the shop. i've changed the relay switch and thermostat and still the same problem. I've read some of the post in this forum and found out that it may be my control switches or dirty connectors. If anyone could explain to me how to remove the control switches from my dash i would greatly appreciate it. thanks

I suggest NOT messing with your dashboard -yet. What you do need is to post your Low and High pressure readings and ambient temp. Without that info this is near impossible to help you. Also make note of engine fans working and whether compressor is cycling,
