AC not working.

HI everybody I am having issues with the AC and radio not working. After doing troubleshooting I found out that the fuse is not getting power with the truck on or off. So whatever feeds the fuse is not providing the power. I am at a stand point because I checked everything else and everything is good. ANy help is greatly appreciated!
