Blower Motor Works But Not Enough Air Blowing Out

ok i have a 92 ford econoline 150 van and the blower motor works fine, (it only works on hi but its prolly a bad resisitor), there are no vaccum leaks, all the doors in the venting system work fine, the problem is that there is some air blowing through the vents but nowhere near enough to be normal what else could be causing this?

You may have some leafs or other junk like that in the blower box or in the vent tubes. Or one or more of the vent tubes have come loose. Just a guess but a good place to start.
