Heater Blowing Cold Air

I have a 2001 Dodge Stratus SE, 2.4L. The heater is blowing cold air. I have been told I need an air blend door actuator. Having difficulty finding the part. The car was manufactured in Nov 2000. Would appreciate any help as to where to look for the part. (Houston, Texas).

Bet this is a dealer part only but no harm in trying. TX may be better than MA with your local parts places, T
