No Heat Sign In

1996 Ford Explorer: 4.0, Flushed system, Coolant full, new thermostat, heater core lines hot, looked behind glove box and door is opening and closing. Just blowing cold air.

?? You've about covered it. You need to really know it's truly full of coolant (at radiator not just recovery tank) and the the blend door is really working is about all I can suggest,

The radiator is full.

You may be looking at the wrong door back there. The blend door is not visible without removing the actuator.

On thing you can try while not 100% might indicate the door is working.....

Start it up, turn the a/c on to max, blower speed on medium & the temp to full cold. Let the temp stabilize and then turn it to full warm.... Depending on what the ambient temp is and the temp of the truck, if you get a 20° or more change in temp, this would indicate there is some type of movement with blend door......
