1999 dodge durango 5.9 189,000 miles Compressor clutch will not engage. I have good ground from clutch , but no power. Have checked continuity thru entire control system. Only open found in in the cold temp cut-out. Not sure if it should be N/O or N/C. Dodge dealer tells me N/O, but this makes no sense. PLEASE HELP

#1 is to take a static pressure of the system at least. These a famous for evaporator leaks and with low or no static pressure whole A/C system will shut down, T PS: You should see static pressures like this............

That is a 3 wire sensor. It receives power in on the WT wire. It then should have continuity (not necessarily power) between the DB/WT and the DB/YL wires. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Hg is vacuum. Looking for PSI which I think you meant which is enough so there's some electrical problem involved, T

Inside the evaporator case but the wiring should come from outside. You should be able to access them by removing the glove box.
