Moved your post to the A/C section for better exposure. This problem could be a weak fan clutch - I think this vehicle still used a fan clutch vs electric fans but either way they must work well. The fan clutch is temp sensitive and pulls more air thru to cool the condenser and radiator when it senses higher temps. They lose that ability predicatably over time. If a fan clutch and you replace it go for the quality. Cheap ones are available and are a waste of time and $. Either way make sure condenser is clean like free of bugs accumulated over time as that helps a lot to get rid of them. Auxillary fans are available if you live and use the vehicle in extremes that help with this, T
