heater control not directing to the right port

04 chevy blazer, with a 4.3l and around 150k miles that I cant get the heater control to get the air to come out fully through any port except the body vents > Its always comes out partially on the body vent no matter what

Thee is a mode selection actuator on the left side of the HVAC housing that may be jammed or bad.
