hi i have a 96 dodge gran caravan,the rear heater hoses coimg from the back too the front of the motor are steel and they are leaking and i can not get at them,so i want to by pass the rear heater,i need to know what hoses to disconnect so i can still have heat in the front,it has two heater cores please help,,,,,,,thanks
