Saturn Outlook Suspension Part Terminology

I have a 2008 Saturn Outlook. When getting it inspected I was told that I needed the toe arms replaced. I'm not in the automotive field by trade, but I like to learn how to repair my own vehicle whenever possible. I've tried to look this part up on parts sites with all of them returning no results.
Is there another name for this part that I am not familiar with?
On other sites and youtube videos some people use toe arm, toe links, trailing arm, etc. interchangeably, but not all of those parts look the same when I research them.

Did this place have it written in any format? I don't call anything that but also checked what would show up and "Control Arms" did. Those would have several ways to wear or fail.
For now I suggest getting a second opinion and name that part(s) that have to be replaced if at all. I also question why 2 of them unless always suggested in pairs but if a state or local inspection for safety purposes most places do I don't know how they could say both of two items and not sure how two of much of anything plain wears out totally beyond a safety inspection at the same time - get it checked by another place it need an in person check a web site isn't going to cut it.

The "Toe arms" were in writing from the first repair shop, but since I couldn't even find a reference to that part for my vehicle anywhere online, I thought either they might be using a slang term for a real part, or I might be being taken for a ride, and decided to run it by you guys here.
I have an appt. at a second shop early next week.

Slang terms sometimes rule or are a correct term just not used much. For now it's an inspection item(s) that's listed to you to fix would be a "safety" concern to be on a check list.
It's not adding up yet so perhaps your next visit SEE it for yourself just what it does.
"Toe" is a term for an alignment angle that does change out of specification with worn parts but isn't a part on its own a name for an angle really. If out of exact spec isn't good but not really a ''safety'' concern by itself.
Hope I'm wrong but so far I don't get it but not calling this a rip off or misleading yet - I can't I'm not there looking still matters,

There is no such part as a "toe arm". I suspect they did that intentionally to prevent you from researching the job.
"Toe" is a measurement for wheel alignment. The component that makes the adjustment is called the "Tie rod" or "Tie rod end".
That may be what he is referring to.
