i have a squeek near my front left tire on my 2004 dodge dakota 4 door truck 4.7 l 4 wheel drive it does it when i get out of my truck and when im on a bumpy road i dont think its the shok can you help

Need to have someone get under the truck or stick there head inside the wheel well with the wheels cut while you bounce on the truck to see if they can determine the source of the noise. Look for ball joints making noise.
